I began researching doctors in Toronto back in 2019 and ultimately chose Dr. Gantous because I felt truly confident in his expertise. He has excellent bedside manner and is incredibly humble. For the first time in years, I feel at ease—I’m no longer self-conscious about my crooked nose, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you Dr Gantous, Vanessa and the entire team. I recently had a rhinoplasty with rib graft with Dr. Gantous at the beginning of May, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and results. As a cleft lip and palate patient, this was the final surgery in a long journey of procedures. My first rhinoplasty at SickKids didn’t achieve the outcome we had hoped for, so after a lot of careful thought, I decided to pursue a revision with Dr. Gantous — and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, Dr. Gantous and his team were kind, attentive, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed throughout the process. I’m only one month post-op, and I’m already thrilled with my new nose. The improvement is both aesthetically and functionally noticeable, and it’s been a very rewarding step in my journey. I highly recommend Dr. Gantous to anyone considering rhinoplasty, especially those with more complex cases.

Worst decision of my life to do a nose surgery with this doctor, no idea how he's allowed to operate on people, he didn't fix my quality of breathing and my nose is still crooked. Please take this as your sign not to choose him, I read the bad reviews and still went ahead with the surgery, worst decision ever.

Rhinoplasty with shave excision of a mole. Dr Gantous was a bit defensive in my initial consult, i should have taken that as a red flag. the rhinoplasty turned out very different than the simulation he provided. that was a risk i ran when i decided to do rhinoplasty so i accept that. i can live with the result though i am still sometimes unsure if it is an improvement or a downgrade. having seen the scar he left from the mole excision, i am grateful it was not worse. the mole excision was sloppy and I was left with a crater- like scar on my nose, way worse than the mole itself. dr gantous failed to give me proper care instructions after the excision, which i have come to find out is critical for this type of procedure. also, the excision felt rushed. it has been difficult getting follow up appointments with him that are not too far out in time. he does not have a full suite of technology available to deal with the aftercare i require (ie lasers). he tried to do dermabrasion but the results were not good ( i heard someone’s text message notifications going off during that procedure). my experience has not inspired confidence in returning to him. i decided to cut my losses in terms of time & energy and am seeing a dermatologist in the US and the results have been promising - and the service experience impeccable.

I waited six months prior to writing a review to ensure I give a truthful review. After 6 months, I am SO happy with my results. I got a nose surgery in April 2023. As someone who gets anxious with any medical procedure, I am grateful to have visited Dr. Gantous for a nose surgery. The whole process was seamless and my recovery was much better than expected. I felt that the entire team really cared about my result!! Could not have asked for a better result. I feel very confident with my new nose and can actually breathe better. That is priceless!!! Also the office atmosphere is so friendly and I get excited to go for my follow-ups. Thanks Dr. Gantous and Vanessa and the whole team.
