York Laser and MedSpa in Toronto

Today I went to see a doctor for cholesterol deposit under my eye. The doctor and the nurse were very kind and honest. The doctor explained to me doing the laser treatment could leave permanent scar. since the deposit isn’t very noticeable, it’s better not to do it. They didn’t charge me the $50 constellation fee and I really appreciate their honesty, care, and professionalism Highly recommended.

Great experience at York Laser. The staff were amazing. I was a little unsure with the procedure I was getting. They made it a pain free and an enjoyable experience. From booking the apt, and throughout my visit, outstanding service. I wish I went years ago to take care of what I needed. Definitely recommend and will go back.

My initial consultation with Dr. Kritzinger was everything I had hoped for. I was nervous about the procedure, but he quickly put me at ease. He asked me about my concerns and based his recommendations on them, which I truly appreciated. His suggestions were exactly what I needed and unlike other places which recommended much more initially; I declined, and waited to get it done. I'm so glad I did, and found York Laser. He mentioned that I could have Jamie, who is amazing and handles most of the procedures take care of me, or he could do it himself. I went with his recommendation for Jamie. They scheduled a follow-up appointment within two weeks to ensure I was satisfied, which I thought was perfect and I was completely happy with it. When I returned to see Jamie months later, she was informative, friendly, and professional. She excels at what she does, and I highly recommend her. I was referred to this clinic by a friend, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been having the same procedure done for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with this clinic from the start of my journey with them. Bonnie is lovely and always responds quickly and efficiently; it’s a pleasure to speak with her. Both Jamie and Dr. Kritzinger are truly outstanding. I am grateful to have found York Laser and Med Spa!

I had a great experience at the clinic. Bonnie and Nikki were incredible. The clinic is very clean and inviting and the aesthetic is beautiful! I was taken care of, everyone is very professional and on time. They provided all the information I needed for my service and went over and above to make sure I was comfortable. Booking appointments was very easy and they followed up beforehand via email and text. Amazing experience!

Was very nervous to get laser vein treatment on my undereye.... but it was SO worth it! All of the staff ensured I was comfortable and the receptionist Bonnie always got back to me ASAP with any questions/concerns I had. Would highly recommend to all family and friends!
