I originally found WayYoung through Groupon and have been going for sessions since 2024. The staff are incredibly kind and gentle during the laser procedures. I’ve visited several of their locations, which has been very convenient for me. I’m really happy with my results and would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointing. There were hidden fees only made aware of upon arrival and booked appointment which I found very unethical and money hungry. They changed the services I booked in a way that would cost me more which again, was only explained once I came in. Although the secretary was very welcoming, the way they operate as a company is disgusting and money hungry. It’s basically a scam, they suck you out of your money with hidden fees, vague policies and terms. They go by sizes of the areas which is up to THEIR interpretation. They also have a fee per session that supposedly covers “gloves” “the table sheet” they lay you on and other stuff… just baffling. And again you’re only made aware of that UPON VISIT. It’s disrespectful to your time and money. Anyways, had to file for refund and when I made the complaint, the manager took no accountability nor was understanding she just told me to speak to Groupon. Just a sham of a company and poor care for their customers.

The clinic is super clean and modern, and my technician is always gentle and checks in with me during the treatment to make sure I’m okay. The sessions are quick, and I’ve already noticed a big reduction in hair growth. Booking is easy, they run on time, and the prices are very fair for the level of service and results you get. I highly recommend WayYoung to anyone considering laser hair removal!

I saw amazing deals on Groupon, and decided to give this place a try. I was nervous because I never had any laser hair removal done, but now I just wish I started sooner! I’ve only had two sessions done on my legs and I already see a huge difference. The staff and receptionist are lovely, sessions are easy to book, the treatments are quick and relatively comfortable, and the prices are very low compared to other places. Highly recommend coming here!
