The waxbar has a policy where the employee does not leave the room when you undress. They look in the corner, but they turn around at any moment. They ask that you wipe before they do the service, like in any other salon, but then the employee turns around and talks to you while you are wiping. There is no privacy whatsoever. This is an intimate and delicate service; however, even at the doctor’s, they allow you some privacy. I was very disappointed and asked that they provide some privacy to the client, but I was told this is the policy. I would only recommend it to people who have no issue wiping themselves in front of someone. I gave two stars because the service at the end was well done.

Had a great experience here. The wax lady was professional, fast and sweet. She removed my hair with no burns or rips (something I have not experienced elsewhere). The front desk was also very friendly. Great customer service all around. Will definitely be back x

It was better here in the past. There used to be good estheticians but they’ve all left. The atmosphere seems negative and hostile. Ever since I started coming here this place has such horrible employee turnover and there is no one good left. Any new people they hire are severely under qualified and aren’t nearly as good as the old senior staff. I don’t recommend booking your services here.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. From the moment I arrived, the customer service felt rushed and unprofessional. The staff didn’t seem attentive or welcoming, and I felt more like an inconvenience than a client. The service itself was not thorough, and the overall atmosphere lacked the level of care and professionalism I expected—especially given the prices. For a place that markets itself as a premium waxing studio, the quality just wasn’t there. I left feeling unsatisfied and honestly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable experience. Definitely not worth the money.

It feels odd saying that getting hair ripped from my body was a lovely experience, so what I will say instead is that Anastasiya is a pro. I like someone who is fast and efficient, and this was probably the best brazilian wax I ever had. It may have also helped that I finally followed the proper follow-up timeframe protocol, but that’s only because I got a bar tab on a whim, so I’ve committed to going at least 6 more times!!! It seems weird to say I look forward to coming back for my next brazilian, so I’ll just say I am happy to know that the upcoming one will be quick and painless…or at least as painless as possible!
