⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Brow Services I came in for a last-minute brow wax at WaxOn Liberty Village and the whole experience was honestly so good. The reception team was super nice, and Serenity was incredibly sweet and effortlessly helping multiple guests check in and out. She explained everything clearly and kept the vibe really comfortable. Ashlee did my brows and she was a pleasure to chat with. She asked about my brow preferences, how I normally style them, and gave me useful tips for keeping them looking their best. My brows turned out clean, even, and exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly Recommend

Pooja, my brows look AMAZING. I just got my brows done for the first time in over a year because a different salon had really overdone them and I needed to let them grow back (plus the general anxiety of trying a new threading spot). Michelle was so lovely and friendly welcoming me in. Pooja did a great job - didn’t overdo the clean up, gave me a shape appropriate to my face, and was kind throughout. Super quick and easy, and Michelle recommended a package which will save me 25% in the long run. You’ve got a new fan! Thank you, both.

Been seeing Sam for a bit now for waxing and laser. I always look forward to our appointments because it feels like I’m catching up with an old friend. She always does a great job, and makes me feel super comfortable. 100% would recommend Sam and wax on!

I always have the best experience at Waxon, but today was the best service I’ve ever received. From the beginning, Michelle, the receptionist, was very accommodating from booking me in last minute, to changing my appointment time when I was running late. Ashley, is the best waxoligist there is. She makes you feel so comfortable, she’s funny, she’s professional and she’s great at her job. Before I left, Michelle (the receptionist) was able to change my billing cycle so that one of my services was complimentary because of my membership. She went above and beyond by emailing the location that I started my membership with to make it happen. 10/10 service. The staff at Waxon in Liberty Village are really top tier.
