I had my very first waxing appointment today, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, Sindi made me feel incredibly comfortable, welcomed, and safe,which meant so much to me as a first-timer. She was kind, patient, and took the time to explain each step in a calm and reassuring way. Her technique was both gentle and precise, and she constantly checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the session. I expected the experience to be much more painful or awkward, but she completely changed that perspective for me. The results were flawless ,smooth, clean, and done with such attention to detail. I walked out feeling confident, cared for, and so happy that I chose her for my first waxing experience. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend her to anyone, especially if it’s your first time. She’s truly amazing at what she does!
