I have been going to Vitality Works Medspa for almost a year now. Paulina is very knowledgeable, precise and kind. I never felt rushed, or demoralized or forced to buy services that i didn’t need or want. She has been guiding me for the past year on my skin care journey. I did full face and neck microneedling, eye microneedling, different peels, different facials, laser. I am in my mid 30s and started noticing jowls and overall sagging skin. Everything that Paulina recommended worked amazing! My skin now is more plump and firm. When I pinch it it’s more bouncy than before. My pores are smaller and my overall complexion is far better than one year ago. I get compliments every single day on my skin! The skin care products in the clinic are excellent too! My fav one is their own skin care brand. It works amazingly even in winter and it doesn’t pill under my sunscreen or makeup! They have offers every month for their services. Highly recommend Paulina and her expertise. I always leave relaxed and more confident in myself after our appointment. Oh yeah, I also brought my husband a few times and he was very happy too with the results. Don’t forget the neck, cleavage and hands areas when you do your skin care at home and treatments in the clinic!

She is knowledgeable and informative about the treatments that you are interested in. They offer lots of ways on managing payments, that makes easier for people who are monitoring their finances. Also, the place is neat and clean. Lastly, hands down on how friendly and nice the staff is. Definitely will recommend this place.

This place was initially suggested to me by my friend and went there for laser hair removal. The service which they provided to me was above and beyond my expectation as they carefully analyzed my skin and gave me recommendations as to how I need to take care of it. Following their advice I found great and significant improvement in my skin texture and the hair regrowth was considerably less. During the procedure they made sure that I wasn’t having any irritation or burns and made me feel at ease all throughout my sessions. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone as they are really keen in understanding and helping us out with all our skin issues!

I found Vitality Works Medspa through Groupon and had a great experience with Pauline for my facial treatments. The place is super clean and everyone’s really friendly and welcoming. Booking and rescheduling is a breeze. Thanks Pauline, can’t wait to come back for more treatments.

Vitality Works Medspa exceeded my expectations in every way. Marilou and Paulina were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The clinic's ambiance was serene and clean. They were highly skilled, achieving great results. I appreciate the personalized approach and attention to detail. I came for underarm lightening treatment and I'm on my 4th session now. I've seen great results already. I also inquired about a facial as I suffer from acne and they took time to discuss my face products I should be using directed for my skin type. I ended up booking a 6 session for my underarm lightening treatment and facial. I highly recommend Vitality Works Medspa for anyone seeking quality aesthetic treatments. I felt so welcomed and can't wait to return! ❤️👏
