I have spent a lot of money on services here. Dr. Pion is personable and professional however, the product she recommended, I was told was supposed to last up to a year but only lasted a couple of months. Also, I received fraxel ablation by Karine, one of the estheticians. My skin was burnt beyond belief and I was not prepared for the type of burn that this procedure resulted in. My skin took about a month to heal and I had more brown spots and uneven skin tone than before the procedure. I went back to them and they looked at the before and after photos with me and saw that, indeed my skin was way worse so they referred me to their dermatologist. The dermatologist made me wait 30min in the waiting room past the scheduled time of my appointment. She looked at my skin briefly, told me it would cost an additional $500 for her to do a biopsy to see if the discoloration is had was just sun damage or vitiligo. This was ontop of the flat fee of $250 just to have an apt with her. I told her I would wait to be seen by a dermatologist in Ontario covered under my OHIP. They charged me the $250 for quite literally a 10min apt that provided me with NO answers. They were not apologetic about the condition of my skin due to their services/recommedatoons and were eager to blame me for not using proper sunscreen etc. I have always been diligent with applying sunscreen due to both my parents having had skin cancer. I will NOT be returning to this location. They are after people's money even at the cost of ruining people's skin - they don't care about their clients. They do not take any accountability for worsening someone's skin or making a mistake. They have no issue telling you an expensive pricedure will last a year or two when it actually only lasts a vouple of months (they will deny your reality and tell you that they think it still 'looks like it's working'). They do not seem knowledgeable enough to know what skin types may not tolerate some of their harsher services. I asked for a fraxel treatment and was given the strongest one that exists as someone with fair, sensitive skin. I really want to caution people to stay away if they are looking for authentic, caring professionals who really want to help you with your skin concerns. These people only want to profit off clients at all costs. It's gross and unfortunate. They prey on people to make money.

I had a very disappointing experience with my facial fillers. It was my first time having them done. The effect lasted 3 weeks before my face returned to looking exactly how it looked prior to the fillers. I had been told they would last 8 months to a year. I had a follow up appointment with the doctor who told me that she hadn't put enough filler the first time. I was charged thousands of dollars for fillers that were not done correctly. Sadly, I was offered nothing as far as compensation. I still wonder what the procedure was. Maybe that's their way of doing business. Giving fillers under the false pretense that they will last, knowing well that they just won't put enough the first time so that the client has to return and pay again for even more. Terrible experience.

The minute you enter their facilities, you immediately feel and know you are at the right place. State of the art facilities, modern, professional staff who are immediately welcoming you, courteous and amicable. As for the procedure, being my first time, i sincerely can admit that after meticulously explaining to me the details of what was involved and reassuring me about the process, I came out of the procedure and realized (only after 2 days of my first treatment) that there was already significant improvements on my skin. Cannot be more satisfied. All this say that I thoroughly recommend Medispa Victoria Park to anyone who is looking for medical-aesthetics care.

My procedure went well with Dr. Pion and Marie-Ange. They were professional, kind and gentle. Everyone was very friendly and went over and above to make my experience pleasant. The lovely young receptionist even helped me to my car as I was wearing a cast on my foot and the parking lot was icy.I would recommend this place wholeheartedly! Thank you for everything!
