I did my laser hair removal sessions at Venus skin clinic. Bahar is very professional and expert. It has been a fantastic experience working with her. I also couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the process.

I am giving this clinic one star only to draw attention to my comment. Otherwise, the staff were very polite and nice, and I don’t have any opinion about their other treatments since I only went for one specific service. My friends who go to this clinic are satisfied, so their other treatments may very well be good. I did the Morpheus treatment at this clinic. I was told that it’s very effective for tightening the skin and reducing wrinkles. My main concern was skin tightening in the double-chin area, so I specifically asked for treatment on the neck and lower face. They told me that to see results, I would need at least three sessions. I went ahead and completed all three sessions, despite the treatment being extremely painful and very expensive. They also told me that after about three months, I would gradually start seeing results. However, I did not see any change in my skin not even a little. It has now been about four and a half months, and I still don’t see any improvement. Today, when I went back to the clinic and asked to see the original photos they took before the first session, Bahareh said she would take a new photo and compare the two. She insisted that my wrinkles had reduced, but to me, there was no visible difference. Maybe there was a tiny change, but due to lighting and angle of the photo, I can’t even say for sure that it was real. In my own photos and in the mirror, I see absolutely no change. The looseness under my chin is exactly the same, and Bahareh even admitted this. She told me that if I wanted results, I should have come every month like the other client that she had, which goes against what she told me during my first consultation. I wanted to warn others that this treatment is very expensive and very painful, and based on what the clinic told me today, you would have to do it monthly if you want to see results. I completed three sessions and ended up wasting $2,400 and going through a lot of pain, with no results.
