Alina did my nails today, I love it so much! She was so helpful when selecting my colors and super patient when I wanted to change the intensity of the colors. Thank you so much! Edit: I did my nails again today, Christmas themed and it’s so pretty!! Alina was very detailed and careful. She also took time to help me find the colors I want. Would definitely come again, thank you Alina!

I love TO nails because the staff is very gentle with ur hands and nails, they take their time but I have never experienced any cuts or pain with them. Thats why I love coming back here. The ambience is pleasant, and the nail techs are efficient and mostly are able to replicate the designs im looking for! Very happy with my festive cateye this time!

Beautiful salon, very clean. I recommend the following for improvements: 1) Nail artists need to stop chit chatting with one another because a customer’s time is very valuable. My artist took over 1.5 hours for a shellac manicure whereas every other nail salon I’ve been to only took 40 minutes for this type of service. This waa all because she constantly turned her head to talk to a colleague who was waiting for her client to show up. For both mani and pedi, it took my artist over 3 hours, this was way too long of an appointment. As a result, I was almost late going back to work. 2) I got cateye effects on my nails only but later found out, I was overcharged for that service ON MY PEDI which I didn’t get. Paid a total of almost $150 for both services (tax/tips) - the girl at the front desk definitely overcharged and was not friendly. There was also a language barrier as she barely spoke English.

First off, I came here just to kill some time (as a drop in customer) and honestly had no expectations whatsoever. When you walk in, you enter a cozy café-style reception area, and as you proceed further, you find yourself in their nail salon. I was greeted by two lovely staff members who directed me to Matim, who did my nails, and another lady who handled my underarm waxing. I showed Matim the color of my toenails and mentioned I wanted a similar shade for my manicure. She immediately got to work — carefully pushing back my cuticles, trimming any excess, and buffing my nails with great attention to detail. Even before the polish was applied, I could tell how meticulous she was. Once the shellac color went on, it was just the cherry on top! She even got my toenail colour accurately matched. My nails looked absolutely flawless — the color was even, there was no dry skin left, and my cuticles were perfectly clean. I was genuinely thrilled with her work. Next came my underarm waxing, which was handled just as professionally. The process was quick, clean, and completely painless — not a single hair left behind. I also used their washroom, which, like the rest of the salon, was spotless. The entire staff carried themselves with such professionalism. Before I left, the receptionist even told me, “If you notice anything you’re not happy with in a day or two, please come back and we’ll fix it.” I mean, who offers that level of care nowadays? This place is nothing short of professional. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back! 10/10

I started getting my nails done at TO nails about 3 months ago and it’s been a great experience! I have never had an issue getting an appointment and the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. I routinely get a Bio gel manicure with Shallac and there are so many colour options available - the staff are always happy to help me choose the best one for the occasion I need! They take their time with their work and the service provided for the price point is excellent! I love the hot towel at the end of my manicure, it’s a very luxurious touch! I would definitely recommend them! 5 stars!
