Felicia has tremendously helped me reduce my hyperpigmentation and acne marks. I’m dark skinned and was really skeptical about laser treatments for the obvious reasons. Felicia recommended aerolase which I did along with the hero peel. There was a glow to my skin after just 1 session and a definite improvement after 3 sessions. Felicia then recommended the clear and brilliant laser, and all I can say is that for someone who was skeptical of laser treatments, I am in love with the clear and brilliant laser. Came to Felicia hoping to improve old scarring I had on my skin. For transparency, I paid $1000 for two sessions of aerolase laser + a chemical peel. Unfortunately, I did not see any improvement whatsoever. Given the cost, I was disappointed by the lack of results and meaningful follow-up. This experience fell below the level of service I typically receive from businesses of this type. If you’re going here for a similar issue, I would suggest looking elsewhere to get better results and more helpful customer service.
