The One Skin Clinic [BioPlus International Laser & Skin Clinic] in Vancouver

I don't have word to share my experience which I got in one skin clinic by dr khushboo I have done my prp and micro needling treatment amazing results I got the staff is literally good dolly treated me very well .

I was quite excited to have a facial done here based on the great reviews but sadly it was quite the disappointment all around. After a brief consultation, the Bela MD was recommended and the facial was subpar. During the consultation I identified my area of concerns, which included blackheads, dryness in my forehead, minor whitehead, and possibly clogged pores in my tzone area. Nothing was addressed during the facial and the only difference after it was done was that my face was now shiny. All my blackheads and whiteheads remained and the facial didn't address or improve anything unfortunately. In addition I found the place lacked ambiance as the room I was in had very bright lights which was blinding as I laid face up. With my eyes closed it was an uncomfortable white glow. The music selection was a very energetic poppy song that did not help with relaxation and when I asked if it the channel could be changed or the volume turned down, it was simply turned off. Not a major thing as the silence was better than what was playing but found it strange that they couldn't accommodate such a simple request. The staff overall was fine so no complaints there but with a less than desirable ambiance and frankly one of the most useless facials I've ever received, I wouldn't return nor would I recommend. Sorry, I really wanted to like this place and add it as one of my go to for facials but it was honestly a waste.

This place is an absolute delight! The staff are incredibly kind, and Terry and Dr. Cindy are simply amazing! Dr. Cindy goes above and beyond to understand your goals and concerns—her bedside manner is truly 11/10! I’m so grateful for how attentively she listened, even talking me out of making a decision I would’ve regretted. She knew exactly what to do to give me the look I’ve always dreamed of! 😍 I’m beyond excited to continue my cosmetic journey with Dr. Cindy and would absolutely refer all my friends and family to her without hesitation!

This was my first experience at One Skin Clinic. I went to treat a bump on my nose. I was treated by Dr. Sanaz. She and her team are very professional and made me feel in good hands. I also had a complementary consultation with Terry. He is very knowledgeable and recommend a personalized treatment for my skin. I will definitely continue my skin care treatments with this team!

Today was my first experience at the clinic. I had the carbon laser peel done and am beyond impressed with the results just hours after. The staff are so friendly and informative. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
