Kayla burned my eyebrow while giving me a M22 treatment. She knew the fact that she burned my eyebrow, and when I point it out to her, the first thing she said was “So you wanna have an unibrow?”. No apologize at all, she tried to avoid taking the accountability and was really rude to brush me off. Please avoid booking appointments with Kayla if you don’t want any accident and careless service. I personally will never give her a second chance to touch my face again.

I had a great experience with Linda for my Picosure treatment! She is professional, knowledgeable, and makes me feel completely at ease. She understands your skin concerns, personalizes the treatment accordingly and explains the possible achievable outcomes. The results were noticeable and exceeded my expectations. I do not think I got my moneys worth. I rarely put any less than 5 star review, however I would like to express my slight disappointment with the service I was provided for. I am under the impression that they are a reputable business. They have really good advertisement, decent location and very aesthetically looking clinic. I purchased a promo last year with the 3 Micro needling and 2 free Skin Calm combo. On first day of the treatment, I was expecting that I would get talked to regarding the procedure and other possible recommendations based on the "free" consultation. I forgot what that machine was called, but it was inside one of the rooms, where they will scan your face, see how its doing regarding sun damage, bacteria etc. I never got it on the first day. One of the reasons I booked with them, is that skin analysis, so I can get other procedures done based on the result. I did not get it. I proceeded with the 2 Micro needling as per promo, however, on my third appointment, I asked my nurse if I can get my skin analyzed on their machine. She was surprised that I did not go through this on the first appointment. She was very nice throughout the procedure and even after. She also recommended other treatments that would truly be beneficial for me, however that first experience really made me question if I still wanted to do business with them. It felt like a money grab. For the amount of money I have spent, I could have gotten a better service elsewhere. I still have that 1 free skin calm but I already lost interest. I am still giving a 3 star because the second nurse who treated me was really nice and accommodating. That is it. I hope you can let your staff know to not rush your first time clients.

I had a wonderful, relaxing LED Light Therapy appointment with Linda. My skin needs were discussed and the appropriate LED treatment was applied. The office is very calm and relaxing. Would recommend getting one done here.
