She has a consultation with you, then I met Mo, the esthetician. I had a deep facial and microdermabrasion done. It was lovely. I left feeling great and relaxed. GoogleI had such a great first experience—as a client and it being my first facial! The consultation was really thorough, and the facial was customized to what my skin actually needed. They even took the time to answer all my questions over the phone beforehand, which I really appreciated as it made me feel comfortable going in. The patience and reassurance is what I needed as I was a bit nervous since my skin is super sensitive and dry. The whole experience once I got there was super relaxing, and my skin felt amazing after. I also added a neck and face massage, and honestly, it was better than any of the massages I’ve had — and I get them regularly for neck pain. Highly recommend. I don’t know why I didn’t try this sooner, but I’m definitely making it part of my regular routine now :) Thanks again!
