Since I live so far the, pre consult phone call meant a lot and made me feel confident it was worth the drive. They’re both highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable, and they have spent literally hours answering all of my questions without even a hint of annoyance. Nick and Nisa are truly a dynamic duo! From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly warm and welcoming. They answered all of my questions quickly and in great detail, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of during my appointment. Came in yesterday evening for an appointment, and I am still in awe of how lovely the experience was. Nick and Nisa are the kindest people. Their warm presence makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. They are caring, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. I learned so much in the short time I was there.
