StyLash & Brow Bar in Vancouver

My first session with Mimi resulted in excellent symmetry but unfortunately one brow almost entirely faded. When I went for the touch up I had Annie who did not take the time to do the excellent work Mimi did on symmetry. She said many touch ups could be required and when I tried to ask Mimi about the work she did to make the brows more symmetrical because I have one brow lower than the other, Annie said it doesn't matter what she did I will follow your bone structure. The brow that faded seems to be much better this time after the touch up so I wish I could have had Mimi's attention to symmetry and Annie's touch at the right depth for it to last. In any case, I will not use this company again. I know the response here will say it could take several visits and the brows are meant to be 'sisters' not 'twins' but it was the lack of care, time, and attention from Annie, her not allowing Mimi to answer when I tried to ask her about how she worked the brows initially - that is why I will not return.

I had an amazing experience here! Annie was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. I recently had my eyebrows touched up, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Annie was professional and really took the time to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get their brows done!

I absolutely love getting my lashes done with Nelli! She is so gentle and makes the whole experience so comfortable and relaxing. Every single time she delivers exactly what I ask for — my lashes always turn out beautiful and flawless. I trust her completely and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Edit: After speaking to the owner, I really appreciated on how she handled things. She issued me a refund and offered a new set. I hope the technician is able to learn from this experience and to check in with the client during the appointment and to hopefully get more practice in. Thank you Annie for resolving this matter in the best way possible. Would probably never come back here again. I booked a Wispy hybrid design that said would take 1 hour and 30 mins which ended up taking close to 2 hours(good thing I paid extra for parking). Would have been fine if the end results were worth it.The whole process was so painful. The pillow was so uncomfortable which caused my neck to hurt. At one point the girl had the tweezer that is suppose to isolate from other lashes was jabbing into my skin and she didn’t realize it. Had times where the weight of her hand was on my eye while she was working on the other eye. The smell of the glue was so strong probably because she stuck the extension way too close to my lash line and put way too much glue. While she was working on my right eye, she ended up pulling out multiple of my natural lashes and it hurt so bad. When I looked at the finish results,I was shocked to see how uneven they were. The fans weren’t even nicely fanned out and mostly just clumped together. They don’t look wispy, the length is all weird and the gaps on my right eye are so noticeable probably because she had no lashes left to stick the extensions to from pulling out so many of my natural lashes. All this for $150. Pictures are from AFTER using a lash comb and video is getting it removed less than 2 days later..
