SpaMedica Infinite Vitality Clinic Non-Surgical in Toronto

I went to this clinic and saw Dr. Amber Chen, and honestly she was incredible. I got the Canadian version of Kybella and she has her own formula where she mixes lidocaine in, and it was completely painless. I’m not kidding, you cannot find anything online that says this treatment is painless, but it was for me. The swelling was super minimal too. I was able to go back to work a couple days later with basically no issues around my chin area. Two weeks later I went back for chin filler. She told me it would hurt since she injects right down to the bone, but I also found that very tolerable. She’s just really, really good at what she does. On top of that, her bedside manner is amazing. I was super anxious and asked a million questions, and she answered everything, didn’t rush me, and even gave me a stress ball. She was so understanding and so patient. I cannot recommend Dr. Chen enough. She’s great!

Got my first ever lip fillers here first two appointments were great then my third appointment was horrifying. A couple years ago, the nurse injected the filler into a blood vessel and caused a vascular obstruction, I’m lucky they had doctors on sight to dissolve it fast or I would have lost my top lip. Unfortunately dissolving got rid hundreds of dollars of previous work. of I was scared to post it but a couple people I know have almost gone to this place, so this is me attempting to protect people from experiencing this extremely traumatic event as well. The nurses are not experienced enough to be performing these procedures on patients but that’s just my opinion. Stay safe.

I had an amazing experience at Medical Expo. The spa is perfect and very professional. I did laser treatments, and after only two sessions, I lost all of my unwanted hair. The lady who helped me, Sadieh is very professional, especially when it comes to facials. I also had a few skin tags on my face, and after two treatments, they are completely gone. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend this place! Gilda

Bait and switch. It is deplorable how misleading this clinic is. When I booked everything, I was given a resume on the surgeon that I was told was going to be preforming the procedure. My preoperative appointment went over his deep knowledge and experience again. I booked time off work, and weeks without meetings for the recovery period. Extremely disruptive to say the least. I arrived for my procedure only to find out that the doctor wasn't even in the building. I was told that he would 'pop in' in a few hours to check on things. When I arrived for my procedure, I met the technicians for the first time. One of them drew on me what she was going to do. Thank god I stopped it. I would have looked like an alien if I had allowed her to proceed. There was definitely a language barrier with the technician, but it still doesn't explain it. I asked where the doctor was, that was the first time that I was told that he wasn't even there. The whole reason that one chooses a place like this is because of the reputation and track record of the doctor. Absolutely infuriating to have this sort of bait and switch considering how much I did to accommodate this appointment. A refund wouldn't even come close to covering my costs. Clinic was disgusting and filthy too. Look at the photos of the operating room that I've uploaded.
