Spa Utopia Health & Wellness Centre in Vancouver

I have been to many spas, and to say the least, this spa can’t compare to others I've visited in this city or around the world. The snack bar is a joke compared to what you're paying for. The spas I go to have a whole fruit bar. The hospitality here is minimal; at other spas, I felt like royalty. Here, I just felt like I was going to a doctor’s appointment. Definitely overpriced and not worth the visit. Save your money if you can. There are better spas in this city with better service, etc.

Really nice tea and lounge area. I chose a massage with an RMT (Natalya). She’s the nicest and provides top-notch service. I highly recommend her.

I had the most incredible facial with Rosa, truly one of the best skincare experiences I’ve ever had. She is so knowledgeable and attentive, and she walked me through every step, explaining what she was using and why. My skin felt instantly refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. What made it even better was how personalized it all felt. The products she chose for my skin were amazing — gentle, effective, and exactly what I needed. Rosa made the whole experience feel relaxing, luxurious, and tailored just for me. I left feeling pampered, informed, and so confident in my skin. Highly recommend!

I love Spa Utopia. Since the North Vancouver Spa is so close to by home, I only go to that location for my services. Their close attention to cleanliness and other safety standards are to be commended. My esthetician, Nataliya, is amazing. I always request her for my waxing and pedicures which, by itself, says a lot about how special she is. She provides my services in a kind and gentle way. She presents as interested in what I feel like talking about. She is an expert esthetician! My facial waxing is always perfect and she won't let me leave until I am completely satisfied with the results. She also does my pedicures and they are second to none. She is gentle, yet thorough, and I always feel so relaxed during and after this service. I would recommend Nataliya to other clients in a heartbeat! She is a keeper!

Beautiful spa with a cozy ambiance. Enjoyed coming in a bit early to relax in the eucalyptus steam room, enjoy snacks and stay in the lounge. Highly recommend their signature tea - it is delicious! Received RMT services from Taylor and he was phenomenal. Very relaxing experience overall.
