Lysa was absolutely amazing. I loved my full body treatment. Felt so good after and the post treatment room was the best way to top it off. Sauna and red light therapy was the cherry on top!! Made my experience feel so fulfilled. Will definitely be back!

I had no idea Sous La had this hidden gem sanctuary. I’ve been to many wellness clinics in Toronto, but nothing compares. The equipment is top of the line, no corners cut. The Kala red light is my favourite, but the infrared sauna is equally incredible, offering both red light and NIR for a full spectrum treatment. The cold plunge bath keeps its temperature perfectly (and yes, it’s much easier knowing the sauna is waiting after 🤭). The staff are another highlight. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and take a holistic, individualized approach. I’ve been coming here for about a month now to help manage my autoimmune disease, and in that short time I’ve noticed significant improvements in joint pain, sleep quality, and energy levels. It’s truly been a saving grace for my health. I also had a massage here, and the RMT impressed me by really taking my medical history into account. Instead of just providing a cookie cutter treatment, they tailored the plan for me, recognizing that lymphatic massage wasn’t the best fit for my body at the time. That level of care and understanding is rare. If you’re looking for a clinic with rigid, one size fits all treatments, this is not the place. But if, like me, you value intelligent, compassionate providers who understand that your body has unique needs, Sous La is the sanctuary you’ve been searching for. Thank you to the ENTIRE team 💕

I recently tried the RRR Brazilian treatment, and it was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the team at Sous La warmly welcomed us, and settled us into the treatment room. The treatment itself was the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation, and I left feeling relaxed and less bloated. Lauren was great as she guided me through each step of the process and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend visiting Sous La and trying the RRR Brazilian treatment!

Had a great experience here. The facility is very clean and organized. I liked the red light therapy bed and sauna/cold plunge situation. Lauren on the team was very helpful and courteous.
