You truly have to check this place out. From my very first visit (the FREE 30-minute exercise session—such a great way to start) to now, two months later, it has honestly been an amazing experience. Anael and Lee made me feel so welcomed and supported from day one, and that care and encouragement continues every single session. They’re motivating, fun, and just genuinely wonderful people to be around. I’m so grateful I found this place and will definitely be continuing. Slim Room is fantastic! Clean, welcoming space with an effective infra bike and treadmill workout. You can really feel the burn. Lovely Lee is so kind, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

You’re cycling in this relaxing, heated pod that uses infrared light — it feels like a mix between a workout, a sauna, and a spa treatment all at once. I left drenched, but in the best way possible — lighter, refreshed, and super energized. What I loved most is that it’s low-impact but still really effective. The Infra Bike workout is absolutely brilliant: you lie down comfortably inside a heated capsule that feels like a spa treatment, and pedal without any strain. In just 45 minutes, I felt like I had a full, intense workout — but without any pressure on my knees or back.
