Skin Vitality Medical Clinic Ajax in Toronto

I had two CoolSculpting sessions here (each lasting about two hours) and the client experience was surprisingly poor for such an expensive treatment. I was simply told to “play on my phone” during the appointment even though there was a TV in the room, and wasn’t offered even basic amenities like water or coffee. There was also confusion from the technician about what area I was having treated which was disappointing. After both long appointments there was no thank you from reception, no goodbye and no follow-up discussed. (Why spend time taking “before”pictures just to have a client walk out the door never to be seen again?) For a treatment at this price point, the level of service should be much more professional. I will be seeking any further treatments elsewhere as this place seems like almost like a scam for this particular treatment.

I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at this clinic. I made several attempts to resolve the issue by contacting your team and clearly explaining that I was not satisfied with the service provided. On the day of my appointment, when I entered the room for the procedure, the syringes were already prepared. The person who administered the injection took no more than two minutes. I have never experienced such poor service in my entire life. I have been receiving Botox treatments for over 20 years, and I am truly shocked by this experience. Before choosing this clinic, I carefully read the reviews and saw many positive comments, which led me to believe the clinic was reputable. However, I later realized that these positive reviews appear to be incentivized through promotions offering free units in exchange for compliments. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the feedback. This was an expensive service, and the quality did not reflect the cost. The procedure felt rushed, impersonal, and unprofessional. I did not feel properly evaluated, nor did I feel that my individual needs were considered. I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience and would not recommend this clinic. ******Just to clarify, before posting this complaint here on Google, I contacted the clinic through all available email addresses, including the one she is providing here for me to reach out.***** After I posted my review, the clinic informed me that I could return so they could try to resolve the issue. I went back to the clinic and waited about 40 minutes. When I was finally seen, the practitioner simply took photos of my face and told me to wait for customer service to contact me. Later, customer service emailed me offering 5 units of Botox. What I found strange is that during the initial process I was told that if I left a good Google review mentioning the injector’s name, I would receive 10 free units. In other words, if I had stayed quiet and written a positive review, I would have received 10 units, but because I raised a concern about the results, the offer was reduced to 5. At that point, I told the clinic they could keep the units. I would rather go back to the clinic I used before. Sometimes we try a new place simply because it is closer to home, and unfortunately that decision can lead to a disappointing experience.

Had a wonderful experience at Skin Vitality Ajax today. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and Nikki was great giving me all my options in my consult. The nurse technician (I can’t remember her name but please give her credit) that handled my procedure was super. She was very calming and took time to explain in detail what to expect and answered all my questions. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend

Nurse Anna is amazing! She is so kind and personable. I had 3 sessions of PRP done by her with minimal bruising. She took her time to address my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. She has years of experience and is very knowledgeable about the treatment. I highly recommend booking with her!

I had the best experience I've ever had at a clinic like this. Everyone was so nice, no one tried to force anything on me or make me feel like I need more without me asking the questions first. It made me feel really comfortable there. Maryam did my skin tightening treatment and she was so sweet. She explained how it works, how many treatments people have noticed a difference at when I asked, but also how it's different for everyone. My skin felt so dewy after and she explained the after care so well. I don't live close but would return, just based on the fact that it truly felt like a judgement free zone and that I was the one who could make the decisions rather than things being forced on me. Thank you so much, you guys are the best.
