Skin Technique Medical Aesthetics in Vancouver

Beware of their false advertising! I received a $150 credit (see image) and should have been eligible to use it, as I have never been to this clinic before and am therefore a new patient. My first call was to book a virtual consultation, and the receptionist did not mention any conditions attached to the credit. A few days later, during my video consultation to discuss my skin concerns, I said I wanted to start with just a facial. At the end of the call, when I brought up the $150 credit, they told me that it wouldn’t apply to a facial alone and that I would need to spend $300 in order to use it. I pointed out that this minimum spend is not stated anywhere in their terms and conditions, nor is it mentioned on the landing page (screenshot saved) for the $150 credit promotion. The staff member on the video call said she would check with the front desk, which made it seem like there might be some flexibility. Regardless, their website and promotional materials should have been transparent and upfront about any minimum spend requirements. While I’m still curious to see what they can do, at this point I would not recommend this clinic unless they make changes to their advertising and communication.

As a newbie to skin aesthetic treatments, I could not have asked for a better experience at Skin Technique. The initial welcome by Madison at the front desk immediately put me at ease. Dr. Bedeker was able to dispel any uncertainty about getting a filler treatment by having a conversation with me about what I was interested in and the potential approaches he could take to achieve specific outcomes. It was clear he was knowledgeable about the techniques and progressively completed the treatment, ensuring I was comfortable along the way. He led with a sense of care and commitment to make sure that we were both on the same page about the overall experience. I would 100% come back to Dr. Bedeker to continue my skin aesthetic journey!

I've been going to see Dr. Pavlou for years for botox and lip fillers. He's absolutely amazing with enhancing natural beauty and doesn't go over the top. For botox I wouldn't trust anyone else, I've tried many others, and the way he places it has always looked so much better compared to what I've gotten in the past. He also always tells me if my request for more filler would be too much for my face, quality over quantity ❤️

I finally took the time for myself to get a full skin consultation at Skin Technique in Yale Town. I was greeted by such a warm team of professionals who made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I was lucky enough to be helped by their Senior Medical Technician Christina, who gave me their Halo treatment which I have never done before. I was a bit nervous but Christina was so kind and helpful and eased my nerves with all of my questions and truly made me feel appreciated to be there. Her positivity and thorough care for my skin makes me want to go back for more treatments. I can’t wait to book another treatment with her.
