I had an amazing experience at this clinic. Everything from start to finish was extremely professional, calm, and well organized. They took the time to speak with me beforehand, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained every step of the process clearly and thoroughly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident. I’m very new to skin care. I haven’t paid attention to my face at all for so many years. I was so lucky to see the result of picosure on my best friend. Her skin looks brighter and healthier. I came to this location instead of the Markham bc it’s much less traffic. To be honest I did not see any result at all until before my 4th treatment, my skin is much smoother and brighter now. I really appreciate how professional and efficient the entire team is. Nicole and Carina are incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. Melanie was very gentle and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Lana was also extremely professional when performing my PicoSure treatment. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely come back to try other treatments in the future.
