I visited Signature Cosmetic Clinic Toronto to inquire about treatment options for my melasma. One of the staff members spent about 20 minutes explaining the procedures involved, which I appreciated. When I asked for a rough estimate, I was quoted over $4,000 plus, which included all the necessary treatments. I was also told that I would need to pay half if I decided to proceed. I ended up paying an initial deposit of $1,441 even before any procedure was done. The next day, I realized the total cost was too expensive for me, so I called to cancel and request a refund. I was told the refund would take a few days because it had to be processed by upper management. That was on January 29, and as of today — one month later — I still have not received my refund. I have followed up multiple times and was told it would be processed “ASAP,” but nothing has happened. For a company that presents itself as a large, reputable clinic, I am very disappointed with how long this refund is taking. Good customer service includes timely communication and honoring refund requests promptly, especially when no services were provided. I am still waiting for my refund and hope this issue is resolved soon.

I’m so happy I found this clinic! Not only are the treatments effective, but the team genuinely cares about their clients. They made me feel confident and beautiful again. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. It’s now my go-to place for all cosmetic procedures!

I received my first tattoo removal treatment and was blown away! All the staff are kind and friendly, and the space is lovely and very clean. Not only is the price amazing compared to other places in Toronto ( i paid for 3 sessions and George very kindly offered a 4th at not extra cost) but the procedure itself was nearly painless! The consultation and booking was very quick and they happily changed time to fit my schedule. I can't praise this clinic enough and can't wait for continued treatment! Thank you everyone that made my visit so lovely❣️

He is very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin concerns. He thoroughly explained the procedure, and offered honest, tailored advice. I am so grateful for his expertise and the time he took to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed. I had a wonderful experience with my nurse (Aygul). She is professional, experienced and gentle with her approach and pays attention to detail. Her commitment to delivering excellent results was very evident in my visits. I am seeing great results just after a few treatments. Skin is brighter, firmer, and significantly more hydrated.
