This program!! It works! So many gluten free options. The food choices are amazing. It wasn’t hard sticking to this protocol. Cheryl provides wonderful service in addition to providing a wealth of education pertaining to food/choices surrounding weight loss. What I find different about this program, is the one-on-one that Cheryl provides. These sessions (on-line meeting or in person) provides an opportunity to learn about food and to understand how I gained weight in the first place. I highly recommend this program.

I have been coming to see Cheryl over the years for both weight loss using Ideal Protein and electrolysis. Cheryl is a fantastic coach and extremely knowledgeable on how to make you succeed with your weight loss goals. She’s punctual, approachable, and always quick to respond to questions or concerns. Her office is clean, and safety measures are top priority. I highly recommend SE & Wellness for your electrolysis and weight loss needs.
