Been coming here over the years for many different skin conditions. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. They make me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Wong has worked magic and transformed my skin. Love coming here and seeing everyone. Highly recommended this skin clinic. It’s the best.

I LOVE this clinic, both of the wonderful, knowledgeable, and gentle doctors… Dr. Cindy and Dr. Wong. I’ve been going here for years and have always been extremely happy with every treatment! Every person working there is lovely and kind, always going out of their way to make me comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Prices are super reasonable for the quality and expertise one receives. I’m sure one can find cheaper treatments at a medical spa, without actual doctors… but if going for treatments on your face I would never risk that to save a couple of dollars! I will always go here! I trust them and I actually enjoy my appointments! I feel lucky that I found this clinic years ago!

I went to his office to get a prescription filled. However, the door was (all-time) locked, so I dialed the front desk. The lady only allowed me to wait outside while she retrieved my file. It was midday, and the sun was scorching directly overhead. After about 5 minutes, the lady emerged, holding a money receiving device and my prescription. At the same time, a courier arrived and went straight into the office, leaving me outside to settle the payment. I am a customer, but is this how you treat your customers? There is no doubt that they only want my money (not even a thank you!) and are not interested in serving me.  Dr. Wong You were my family doctor, so I knew you. You are a good doctor. But I'm afraid you'll have to re-train your staff on how to treat customers properly. Reply to Owner: What a brilliant excuse! There are numerous ways to reduce traffic flow in the office: why don't you email the prescription and charge me by credit card over the phone? Or make an appointment for me to come by. Instead of keeping your customers outside by the door, you should space out the appointments. By the way, there was no one in the office when I arrived. Your response disappointed me so much! If it wasn't the staff's fault, it had to be the person issuing such an "order"! As you mentioned, there have been a "few" similar incidents, which means I was not the only one being mistreated, and you simply ignored the rest of us by claiming it was your misunderstanding! Is this the Dr. Wong I've known for 30 years? I have my doubts!

I go to Tracy for skincare treatments here and my skin as improved so much thanks to the time and care she has taken with me. I have acne-prone skin that results in PIE and she is like a time machine for speeding up it's healing. With her help a red spot that used to take one to two years to resolve disappears in a couple months. She is also really knowledgeable when it comes to other products and treatments that have helped my skin type and problems, but is never pushy and I never feel like she is trying to sell me anything. On top of this all she's also a really sweet person and I always enjoy going in to see her!
