First agreed for a price total for 6 seasons after 2 seasons they increase the price and decrease the Time it's taking for full treatment I accept to pay the higher price they requested but they cancel appointments at the end. They are working from home The male technician has canceled my appointment 1 before as will just because he can't get to Canada from USA. This is how they are changing their attitude while finding more customers

this Dr never been on time, you have to wait for another 30 Mins + before he shows up…dislike don’t wanna come back here nx time He needs to know the time management for sure , very disappointed for coming to this place fore more 5 years …not coming back for sure.

Without a recommendation I may not have considered Reviva as it is a nondescript clinic in an older building, but I was very pleased with my experience and with the results. The staff were friendly, professional and customer-oriented, both over the phone and in person, and I found Dr. Ngai to be comfortable and trustworthy.

I have been going to Reviva regularly for 5 years. I was a professional makeup artist for over a decade and have tried out a bunch of clinics previously. My primary goal was skin preservation and reversal of previous damage, so I had a pretty good/realistic idea what I wanted when I was researching for a skin clinic that I can be a patient of long-term. I’m glad that I discovered Reviva. I appreciate that when Dr. Ngai recommends a procedure for me, he is always objective and results-oriented, never financially motivated. I trust their opinion. The staff there, Vivian, Stacy and Chloe are kind and knowledgeable. They always make sure that I am taken care of and all my questions are answered. Some of my treatments are with nurse Stacy, she is quite experienced, and detail oriented. I am always happy with the results. I highly recommend this clinic!
