Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading in Toronto

I am honestly very surprised to see all the 5 stars and people mentioning them being accommodating when it comes to appointments. I am a newer customer however the vibe I am getting is “we took your money anyways, so we don’t care about what kind of service you get”. I usually trust Google reviews and they don’t disappoint me, unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. And even more unfortunately I do have to stick with them since the payment plan is not refundable.

So happy with the service from removery! They’re also very kind and accommodating with appointments. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking to get something removed. I’m beyond pleased with my results.

I switched to Removery a few years ago after another tattoo removal studio damaged my arms. The technicians at Removery made me feel completely welcome and know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to tattoo removal. I cannot recommend them enough!

I have been coming since 2023 and have been to 16 sessions for a single tattoo as of November 2025. Since the consultation they have been very honest and upfront with me. As a person of colour, they said the best method would be low and slow. A lower range on the laser + spaced out sessions. Though it did take some time, I have noticed significant changes to my tattoo. While they don’t have a direct line to reach them, their customer service is always on the ball, one of the reasons I am grateful I chose Removery. The King West location has had some staff changes over the years but everyone is kind and so considerate. Each time I’m in, they ask about medical history and any adverse effects from the last session. I always appreciate the thorough consult each session. My one recommendation for any new customers would be to wait until Black Friday/ Boxing Day for their promotions. When I first came in for a consult in 2023, staff had told me they don’t offer deals during the holidays, but I guess they added it in recently.

My experience with Removery King Street has been nothing but positive. I looked into multiple tattoo removal places before coming here. What I like is that; 1) they specialize in tattoo removal only, 2) their prices include unlimited sessions to ensure that tattoos are fully removed (others were offering 3 sessions at discounted prices however, it is likely that you would have to buy another package of 3 which would not be at a discount - the math worked out to be more expensive) and 3) the customer service is great. I am satisfied with my experience so far and would recommend Removery to others.
