I had my first Sculptra treatment with Deena at Reform Lab and it was truly an amazing experience. I usually get very anxious and nervous in these types of situations, but the level of professionalism I was greeted with immediately put me at ease. Deena’s knowledge of the product is exceptional, and she explained everything thoroughly, which made me feel super comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The gentle care and attention to detail were extremely outstanding. I would highly recommend Deena and Reform Lab to anyone considering this treatment! Definitely 5 stars.

This was my first time getting Botox and filler and I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience! I had a consultation with Deena prior to my appointment as I didn’t really know anything about Botox/filler and wanted to talk through my concerns. Deena was so friendly and kind and super knowledgable and patient with me as I asked all my questions. When I came in for the actual appointment I was quite nervous about the procedure but Deena talked me through everything we’d be doing and calmed me down. The procedure itself was a lot less painful than I was expecting (except for the lips that did sting a bit I won’t lie, but Deena had applied numbing cream so it was not nearly as bad as it could have been). I loved that she kept checking in to make sure I was feeling okay and ask if I needed a break. After she finished injecting some of the filler she got me to look to see if I wanted to add a bit more or was happy as is, I loved that Deena always talked about less is more and to keep it looking natural as I felt I was in safe hands and that she was looking out for what would look best for me and not pressuring me to get more filler so I would spend more money. I am already so happy with the results so can’t imagine how much better it’ll look in a couple weeks when everything settles! Thank you again Deena!

I could not recommend Reforme Lab enough!! Deena is a true artist! She is the only person in the city I will trust with my face. I have been seeing her for over five years and she’s has always been honest with me without any pressure. Any time she’s made suggestions it worked out better than I even imagined. I always look natural, never overdone and my results are exactly what I have hoped for — I feel lucky to be a client here. If you’re considering Botox/fillers and want someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely cares about their clients, I highly recommend Deena and/ or Reforme Lab ❤️

I’ve been to a few different places for Botox, but Olivia at Reforme Lab is hands down the best. She has an amazing understanding of facial anatomy and knows exactly where to inject for the most natural, flattering results. At other places, I always needed touch-ups or wasn’t fully happy with the outcome, but with Olivia, I’ve been really impressed with the results every time. She’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also so warm and welcoming, making the whole experience feel relaxed and effortless. Nurse Olivia is definitely my go-to now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
