Pure + Simple Eglinton in Toronto

I was a loyal customer for years, regularly booking facials and purchasing products at both the Yorkville and Eglinton locations. I’ve spent a significant amount with this brand and always had positive in-store experiences. After recently moving to Guelph, I planned to continue supporting the company by ordering products online, as there is no storefront here. Unfortunately, my most recent online order for the Purifying French Clay Mask was marked “delivered,” but I never received it. The package was left unattended, and although a delivery photo was provided, I did not sign for or receive the parcel. When I contacted the company, they declined to reship or refund the order because the carrier marked it as delivered. My request to escalate the matter went unanswered. It’s disappointing that a longtime customer was left to absorb the loss without any meaningful resolution. I valued this brand and intended to continue as a customer, but this experience has changed that.

I had 4 facials here before my wedding and I've loved every single one. The staff is thorough and kind and the environment is relaxing. I love that they make notes on your file if your skin doesn't respond to an ingredient well. I can't wait for my next service!

Diana was great. Very thorough and very relaxing. I think the facial is a great value considering other facial in the area were much more costly. Will definitely come back!

I Have been visiting Pure & Simple Eglinton location for more than 2 years and I have found the staff and the aestheticians extremely friendly and kind. Particularly my regular Aesthetician Mila who I rely on for expert advice on treatments that are good for me. Thank you Mila and Eglinton staff for a great experience, on every visit.

Pure and Simple Eglinton is my favourite spot for facials! Been coming here for 3 years! Lylah does an amazing job with my face. She is very knowledgeable and has great recommendations on what to use and what facial would be a great fit for my skin. I always leave happy with healthy glowing skin! Thank you very much to the staff who are very welcoming when I come in! They are always very knowledgeable about the skin care products in-store. Great Customer service!
