Prestige Laser & Skin Clinic in Vancouver

It’s my 3rd time doing the Genesis Facial Laser. My skin has improved so much. I am very happy on the results. It’s affordable and it has payment plans. I highly recommend this place if you want to improve your skin texture.

Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The clinic is spotless and well-maintained, creating such a relaxing environment. I had my first Laser Genesis treatment at Prestige Skin Clinic and it was such a lovely experience! The tech explained everything clearly, walked me through the process and aftercare, and made me feel very comfortable. The treatment itself was quick and painless—just a gentle warmth, exactly as they had explained. I really appreciated the open communication throughout, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I had my consultation with the owner and my laser treatment after it was great she explained to me everything and was very clear and took her time. The second appointment that I had at the clinic I was paired with a different tech. She was friendly, but I felt like communication between the staff about clients was missed. As I had to correct her on what area I was getting laser. She did not take the same amount of time and did not do the same steps as the original tech (owner). I'm also not sure maybe its up to the tech and their training. I felt that the amount that I paid was not the same as what I received in the first appointment. And did not feel equal in care. Overall I'm not sure if I would come back to this clinic. I feel like there needs to be better communication between staff. And things mentioned in the appointments/ consultation with clients need to be noted down for other techs to replicate either the same procedure, or for clients procedure history, or agreed pricing.

I'm absolutely thrilled and incredibly satisfied with my experience using the Zo Skin Health Brightening Program for just a week!
