The service at this clinic is exceptional! I have been coming here for my facial regularly for over a year. The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My experience at this clinic involved acne skin treatments like Alma Laser, blue light therapy, and additional facials. While a mix of positive and negative aspects, my concerns revolve around staff training and expertise. During sessions, incidents like a machine handle drop and burnt eyebrow hair occurred. The recommended treatment frequency conflicted with advice from other professionals, casting doubt on the staff's training and knowledge. While customer service was generally acceptable, pushiness to sell their services and skincare products, along with upfront payment requests, created discomfort. Limited space affected hygiene practices, such as placing used products on closed garbage bin lids. Unanswered concerns in follow-up emails, especially regarding a scar and treatment effectiveness, further emphasized my doubts about staff training and expertise. During the initial consultation, the doctor promised results after 5-6 treatments. However, after completing six sessions, they recommended increasing the treatments to 11-12 sessions. The doctor offered me a complementary session "to try out again" after I raised my concerns, but my questions were not answered, and my emails were unreachable to them. This lack of communication led to my decision to discontinue my treatment with them. Due to these concerns, particularly the inconsistent advice and doubts about staff training and expertise, I hesitate to recommend this facility for facial or skin-related treatments.
