I have been coming to Precise for many years now and am always so happy with my results and service. After going to another injector and being very disappointed with my results, I knew coming to Icelyn; she would be able to correct the problems I was facing. We both agreed my best option was to dissolve my previous lip filler and start fresh. Icelyn & I have been working towards building my lips back to a shape & size that I want. Having been seeing Nurse Thu and Nurse Icelyn for years. They are absolutely wonderful - both registered nurses (RNs), highly trained and experienced, walk me through the procedures beforehand, answer questions and always show me the products and explain what will happen during/after a treatment. They are gentle, considerate and methodical. Highly recommend this place!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this clinic! The staff are incredibly patient, kind, and professional. From the very first consultation, the communication has been clear and supportive, before, during, and after my appointment. They take their time, explain everything thoroughly, and truly listen to what you want. The results are everything I hoped for, noticeable yet natural, which is exactly what I wanted. I’ve had treatments at several other clinics in the past, but this one is by far the best. Their precision, artistry, and care set them apart. I feel completely comfortable and confident in their hands. The atmosphere is welcoming, the follow-up is amazing, and I’ve already received so many compliments.
