He made sure I have access to equipment before choosing what exercises I should do, constantly made sure that I wasn't feeling any pain, and gradually progressed as I got comfortable with my exercises. He explains the issues, process, and goal of the session very well. Iryna was very professional and welcoming. Great team at Spadina. The location is clean and accessible.
