On Saturday by Mya: - the shellac has bubbled -ends look jagged -painted my nails with the dust still all over them -booked a manicure, she insisted on just a colour change and was still going to charge the price of a manicure (bc of a special base coat). I declined. Still tried to get that price when I went to pay after. -I asked for them shorter, she only filed -she cut my finger and didn’t apologize or clean it, I had to ask for it to be cleaned with alcohol after 5 mins

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I’ve been a loyal customer for several months and often bring friends with me. Today, my friend and I both went in for gel refills, which are listed at $50. My friend got a simple design and switched her nail shape from oval to stiletto — if you can even call it that. The nail techs were amazing and did a great job, but when it came time to pay, we were both shocked. I was charged $85 — $50 for the fill, 5 dollars for shape change, and $30 for a simple French tip with polka dots. My friend was charged $92, broken down as $50 for the fill, $5 for the shape change, and $32 for her design. I honestly couldn’t believe they charged that much for such simple designs. I’ve been to many other salons, and I’ve never seen prices like this for something so minimal. It’s really disappointing because I’ve loved coming here and have recommended it to others, but this experience felt unfair and has definitely changed my opinion. They have lost a customer. Please when going to this nail salon ask for prices first. I feel like they were not honest with their pricing and truly ripped us off - which is disappointing I have added photos to show what designs costed us 32 dollars. *****I just wanted to add a response with an added photo. This is my nail 5 days later. All the polka dots have bubbled and have since chipped. “You get what you pay for”. I also wanted to add on that I went to a different Pedi N nails - I got charged 98 dollars for a gel refill and a shellac pedicure. So yes, I do believe - the manager was dishonest with pricing.*****

I had a mani and pedi today and had a great time! My favorite was the acrylic full set — it was exactly what I asked for. I’ll definitely be back!

The acrylic nails I got done here broke quickly. They made them so thin. 3 have cracks down the middle and one broke off by me putting on my seatbelt. I already knew they were going to be bad when I had to tell the guy to put more powder on the sides, when I could see my real nail not covered by any powder.... The other locations are good so I decided to try this one because it's the same name, but this is the worst one. Not the same quality as the other ones at all.

I usually never leave reviews, but I have to leave a review for Lisa!! I’m definitely coming back to this place again!!!! Lisa did such an amazing job for my wedding nails!!! She was extremely professional, attentive and had great attention to details!! She gave me the exact nails that I showed her and they were the exact nails that I wanted!! This is truly a dream come true for me and for my wedding!!
