Rachel gave me a wonderful facial and even did some anti-aging light therapy, which was so relaxing. What a great treat on a cold winter day. I’m home now letting the products soak in and feeling happy and relaxed.

From the beautifully renovated, chic rooms to the meticulous attention paid to cleanliness and sanitation, everything is designed to make you feel safe, comfortable, and valued. They keep in touch via email with great promotions, but to a perfectly balanced, non-obnoxious (readers all know what I’m talking about) extent. 😁 From my 5+ years of being a grateful client, I can tell that every aspect of the experience has been thoughtfully curated- not just to meet expectations, but to exceed them. The entire environment reflects professionalism, warmth, and pride in their care for others. I recently met with nurse Charlene and I have to say she has been wonderful. From start to finish she made me feel at ease and explained the treatment every step of the way. I definitely recommend her as well as Medispa Orleans. Friendly staff and a comfortable environment. 🩷

I had a great first-time experience at Ottawa MediSpa! The staff were friendly and accommodating. My service was provided by Becca, the aesthetician. She made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. I would recommend Becca and the spa to anyone!

It was my first time visiting this spa for a mani pedi and the overall atmosphere was great! My aesthetician was lovely to talk to and provided a very welcoming environment. Unfortunately, upon getting home, I had a closer look at the shellac job and it is VERY patchy and streaky. Both my fingernails and toe nails look really bad, pictures don't do it justice. I was excited to finally find a spa that offers CND Shellac specfically as I'm allergic to other shellac products. I typically buy CND Shellac and do it at home myself but wanted the spa experience for a change, however I won't be returning due to the quality of the work and attention to detail. It looks worse than what I do at home.
