My friend and I tried the glass skin facial and our skin feels refreshed and glowing (and really decongested!) after the treatment! The overall experience is great, the space is super clean, music is relaxing and everything feels luxurious. The team is very welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable from the moment you walk in. Don and Megan did a wonderful job and you can feel that they’re very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The skin analysis done prior to the treatment was super helpful and educational. Would definitely recommend giving this clinic a try 😊

Nicole is absolutely amazing! I came in for a microneedling session with exosomes and she went above and beyond. She did a full, detailed skin analysis and explained everything so clearly, helping me understand exactly what my skin needed. The treatment itself was super comfortable, and I could tell right away that she really knows what she’s doing. My skin is already showing great results, and I’m so excited to continue my sessions with her. I had a wonderful experience at Novado that I would like to share here. I don’t usually make reviews but I was blown away by the care I recieved here. I booked their Ultimate Glass Facial because with this cold Toronto weather my skin has been extremely dry and need to start taking anti-aging measures as I’m in my 30s now. Before the treatment they did a very detailed 3D Skin analysis where it took 3D photos of my face and gave me a full report on my skin. Crazy!!!! With this information, they gave me options of what treatments/products work best with my skin, and what doesn’t work. I was really blown away by how they tailor each treatment according to your skin, this is honestly really important to me because not everybody has the same skin and reacts the same to the same treatment. Their clinic Director Daniela really educate me on what steps I need to take to start treating my concerns Fast forward to the facial, it was a mixture of deep cleansing, deep hydration, collagen stimulation, Microcurrent, red light therapy and one other step I forgot the name but it involves a cooling and heating sensation. Oh and an amazing lymphatic drainage at the end. I loved it so much I booked another session for next month before Christmas. Thank you Novado team!!!

I had an amazing experience at Novado Yorkville. I came here for a Microneedling treatment. Daniella, the Clinic Manager did a very thorough skin consultation and analyzed my skin and gave me recommendations according to my skin type. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. Nicole, my Aesthetician, took great care of me during the entire Microneedling session. I was a bit nervous doing this treatment but she made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Novado for taking such care of me. I bought their Microneedling package deal and will be back in 4 weeks for my next one :) i can’t wait!!
