GoogleWasn’t a very good experience, the white young receptionist with tattoos was a bit rude; no greetings/no smile/no instructions provided. She just handed over the ipad and form . It seemed like she doesn’t like her job or bothered by patient like me. The other receptionist was very welcoming and well behaved. Please train your staffs to treat and behave patients well. A small greeting or smile can make other person’s day and it doesn’t cost you anything 😊

GoogleMy family doctor referred me to North Toronto Surgical to have a benign cyst removed. I found the staff and doctor to be excellent to deal with and I would have no hesitation recommending them if you require their services. The clinic is easily accessible with parking in close proximity. I did have a referral from my family doctor, and found the wait time for an appointment to be reasonable.
