My initial consultation was excellent, very informative and helpful, which is why I decided to book a chemical peel. However, my experience with the actual treatment was disappointing. The peel was performed by someone other than the consultant I originally met with, as she was unavailable. Unfortunately, the individual who carried out my peel did not seem very knowledgeable; for instance, they were unfamiliar with tretinoin, which felt unusual for someone working in skincare. The peel itself was underwhelming. I understand that a single peel may not deliver dramatic results, but this one seemed far too mild, I noticed no changes at all. About three weeks later, I called to ask about the specific formulation used, as I was curious to understand why it was ineffective and was also interested in booking a stronger peel. The receptionist told me that someone would get back to me to discuss a treatment plan. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t received a response.

I found this place through ChatGPT’s recommendation for the best Hydrafacial in toronto. I wasn’t sure which esthetician to choose, so I booked “any provider”. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming — I was offered water or tea, which was a nice touch. Jen (esthetician I believe) was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. I originally booked a clarifying Hydrafacial, but she assessed my skin and recommended a different option better suited to my needs. She also shared helpful skincare tips and product suggestions. I’ll admit I was skeptical when I left — especially since I don’t usually wear sunscreen and noticed that white cast (you know the one). But after rubbing it in a bit more, I was blown away by how noticeably better my skin looked after just one session. Real results. I’ll definitely be back!
