I came to only do Dermal Filler injections at Queen and ended up getting a bunch of services! Im SOO happy. The vibe is amazing. Fatima and Sofia were so thorough and caring. They made sure I was happy with my results. Definitely recommend. !

Had a consultation a few years ago and was told to "fill out the paperwork" the same day to see if I was eligible for a payment plan, not knowing that I had signed off on a loan that could not be reversed. Could not get a refund or an exchange for anything that wasn't a procedure that uses a machine already owned by the clinic (i.e. could not exchange for fillers, even though that was what I was originally approved to receive). Gave up and went through 1 appointment of nitrogen plasma, where the very same nurse (Romana) who recommended it to me looked at my face during the appointment and said "why are you getting such a harsh treatment, your skin is good". After that, I tried to exchange the remainder of my plan. Got the run around between the clinic and head office until my calls were no longer answered or bothered to follow up on. With no other way to contact them or resolve the issue, I gave up once again and did the second treatment of nitro plasma, where the only question I was asked by the person working on my skin was where I had other treatments done. I got home and realized she completely missed an area of my face (right jawline) that was a concern for me, that she wouldn't have missed if she had actually done a careful assessment or asked me any questions. Didn't bother calling back or complaining about it due to previous experiences and was really just over it at this point. Very disappointing for such an expensive treatment (which did not make a difference to my skin at all). Very disappointing for a clinic as a whole. Will never come back based on customer service and clinic policies. They clearly do not care about anything except making money.

I am beyond happy with my results from the Nitrogen Plasma treatment. My skin is noticeably firmer and incredibly smooth. The initial consultation was amazing; the provider, Sofia, gave an expert recommendation for this procedure, and I'm so glad I trusted her. This place is professional, clean, and truly delivers fantastic results. Highly recommend this med spa!
