I had a neogen plasma procedure in New You Cosmetic. I am very happy with the results. This treatment didnt cover only my face, it included my eyelids as well. In general, wow I look like younger. My skin looks radiant. Less wrinkles and eye bag reduction. My face is clean no brown spots. I need to mention Sofia, she assessed my skin and customized my treatment. She was with me all the way during and after procedure. I was very nervous and I continue asking her questions . She answered every question with patience. I highly recommend this beauty center and all the staff. They are professional and you will be feel very comfortable as soon as you enter it. Thanks New You😀

Carmen is my nurse practitioner & did a great job. She listened carefully and thoroughly examined everything I needed. I also really liked my previous nurse Amanda. Both were wonderful. I wasn’t very satisfied with the clinic’s pricing in general.

Overall, I initially felt I had a good experience. However, after reading more and reviewing the details, I realized I was given a different product than the one I booked and specifically requested. And being told its just different generic names :) when its different components My experience with customer service was disappointing. The staff member did not introduce herself or provide her name, and her attitude was rude and dismissive. She responded with irritating remarks such as, “Oh, did you mention you didn’t want this product?” — and I asked her “if you booked for a botox appointment would you question if you were receiving a filler instead? And she answered in a sarcastic way YES! Which says more about them if this much questioning is needed 😅 And also makes no sense, as I was not aware a different product had been used. How could I object to something I didn’t know was changed? Unfortunately, this raises serious concerns about transparency and trust. This clinic appears comfortable providing services or products different from what was requested, then placing the blame on the patient for not questioning it. Patients should not be expected to be skeptical or defensive during a medical or aesthetic appointment. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone visiting this clinic to question everything: ask to see the product box, watch it being opened, confirm what is being drawn and injected, and ask as many questions as needed. Do not assume you are receiving what you booked unless you personally verify each step, as trust and accountability were clearly lacking in my case

Had a consultation a few years ago and was told to "fill out the paperwork" the same day to see if I was eligible for a payment plan, not knowing that I had signed off on a loan that could not be reversed. Could not get a refund or an exchange for anything that wasn't a procedure that uses a machine already owned by the clinic (i.e. could not exchange for fillers, even though that was what I was originally approved to receive). Gave up and went through 1 appointment of nitrogen plasma, where the very same nurse (Romana) who recommended it to me looked at my face during the appointment and said "why are you getting such a harsh treatment, your skin is good". After that, I tried to exchange the remainder of my plan. Got the run around between the clinic and head office until my calls were no longer answered or bothered to follow up on. With no other way to contact them or resolve the issue, I gave up once again and did the second treatment of nitro plasma, where the only question I was asked by the person working on my skin was where I had other treatments done. I got home and realized she completely missed an area of my face (right jawline) that was a concern for me, that she wouldn't have missed if she had actually done a careful assessment or asked me any questions. Didn't bother calling back or complaining about it due to previous experiences and was really just over it at this point. Very disappointing for such an expensive treatment (which did not make a difference to my skin at all). Very disappointing for a clinic as a whole. Will never come back based on customer service and clinic policies. They clearly do not care about anything except making money.
