Myo CityPlace in Toronto

I cannot say enough to express how good of an experience I had with Myo Cityplace and Jasmine Choi (physio) specifically. I started working with her in October 2023 and we tackled numerous physical issues during that time - some acute and some chronic. Jasmine is incredibly supportive, patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I have never met someone more skilled at modifying stretches and exercises to accommodate individual needs than her. I would recommend her to anyone for any physical condition you may have. The only reason I am discontinuing my treatment with her is because I am moving and cannot take her with me. Thank you for everything, Jasmine.

Haven't even been to this clinic and it was already a turn off. I booked an appt for my boyfriend to see a specialist because his neck had been hurting found this clinic close to home, I accidentally booked and appt to see a physio instead of a chiropractor. One appt was at 8am and the other was at 8pm. I called early to cancel the 8am booking and said that it was a mistake booking and that hed still be coming and the lady on the phone was giving me attitude telling me its under the 24hrs policy which i told her i understand as I said to her it was the wrong specialist that we booked and she kept asking me when I realized it was the wrong booking. I literally made the booking the night before so he could see someone asap but she turned us so off from even coming to the later appt her customer service was horrible she made a simple conversation difficult and also lost a future customer. Such a shame for a highly reviewed place.

Been to Myodetox CityPlace for several years. Can say all experiences have been pleasant, with shoutouts to Sophie Kalpin, Aurora, and Melika who have offered treatments in various capacities. Not the cheapest service provider, but if you want results and targeted therapy, this is a great place. All you need to do is communicate what you want :).

Great experience and knowledgeable staff! I’ve had around five sessions with Alice and would definitely recommend her as a specialist. We started with a thorough assessment, and then I received tailored exercises to support my recovery. I’m already seeing progress and have gained a lot of valuable insights along the way. Thank you!

I was referred to Jasmine by Miranda from The Period Lab to complete my healing journey. From the very first meeting, I was greeted with compassion, care and high level of professionalism. Jasmine’s unique approach allowed me to learn so much about my body and how to not only connect to it but get the tools to heal. I have visited a fair share of specialists and this was the first time I finally received what was truly needed - a root cause healing. I have seen lasting results from the first meeting and filled with gratitude and hope to not only heal but thrive! My only wish was that I have met her sooner.
