Friendly, hygienic and welcoming office. Dr Wang is personable , knowledgeable and most importantly listens to your concerns without pressuring procedures. I had questions but their team and Dr were able to answer my them in email and in office. My results days later are great, will definitely go back and recommend to friends : ) .

I waited a while to write this review to fully reflect on the quality of the experience, and I plan to post an update later. I stumbled upon Dr. Eric Wang on Instagram after searching for a reputable doctor for quite some time. Dr. Wang first met with me on a Zoom call for our consultation since I am located in Washington. He was very thorough and personable, and he took the time to explain, which built trust. Upon my appointment arrival, the clinic was clean and bright. Courtney, his assistant and office manager, was incredibly nice and detailed throughout the entire process. The entire staff was professional and made the pre- and post-procedure experience feel calm and organized. While I did encounter some issues with my results, Courtney was exceptionally prompt, handling all my follow up emails and working to fix the issue. Model Skin offers a monthly membership, where the accumulated funds can be used toward future procedures and products. This is a nice perk that incentivizes return visits and makes higher cost procedures feel more accessible over time. It's definitely something I would join if I lived locally, and it's even worth considering for those traveling from out of town.

Dr Wang was our family doctor for the whole family before starting at Model Skin MD and I cannot say enough good things about how at ease he puts his patients. We found him by happenstance at this location and were thrilled to be a patient of his again. He is an excellent listener understanding, genuinely cares and finds solutions. Highly recommended!
