First time here and was pampered by Olena. I took advantage of a Black Friday facial special and enjoyed all the treatments included. My skin looked so clear and dewy. I also learned quite a few things regarding my skin from Olena which I’ll definitely use in my skincare regime. Great experience and well worth it!

I first spoke with Marina regarding the treatment and she offered me an initial consultation to understand why I wanted it and whether I actually needed it. She didn’t have to do that or suggest any alternatives. She’s very welcoming, sweet, and attentive. She made sure to ask how I was feeling and if I wanted to proceed then told me to take some time to think about it before deciding. I also spoke with Lena who explained the process and what results are realistic to expect. She didn’t try to oversell anything and was honest about what could be achieved. Both Marina and Lena were fantastic not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and willing to redirect me to the treatment that would actually give me the results I wanted

I saw Marina for a consult, and I was truly very amazed by her attention to detail and deep care for my concerns. I’ve visited several clinics for consults for facials/Botox and a common experience I have is being consistently sold a business model (vs having my concerns truly and holistically addressed). I had the exact opposite experience with Marina. Marina took the time to get to know me and asked me a lot of questions about my symptoms, lifestyle, sleep, etc. She took the time to study my facial characteristics and understand my anatomy and advise me with honesty and care - which I found very validating. I left my consult with a lot of clarity about my facial anatomy and my needs. I definitely will be back to see Marina.
