I booked an appointment online two days ago and received an email confirming the details, stating that someone would contact me shortly. No one ever reached out. I planned my day around this appointment and showed up at the scheduled time, only to find the office locked. I called, but it went straight to voicemail—even though the voicemail says they are open until 6 PM. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. If appointments aren’t being honoured or communication isn’t maintained, it really wastes people’s time.

I don’t usually leave reviews online—if I did, they probably wouldn’t be very positive :) But I felt I had to share my experience with Marco because it truly surprises me. Like many of you, I’m very selective about who I trust with my beauty care, so I hope this helps anyone who's been feeling the same way. I was referred to Marco for concerns related to aging, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the very beginning, Marco took the time to conduct a thorough consultation, addressing not only my immediate concerns but also providing thoughtful suggestions to my overall needs. What I appreciate most is his refined eyes for natural beauty and his honesty. His work is exactly what I was looking for, very subtle and natural. He never tried to upsell me. In fact, he even declined a few requests, believing I didn’t need them—which ended up saving me money in a pleasantly surprising way :) I’ve had a few filler sessions with him to subtly enhance and balance my facial structure, then i have done three sessions of Morpheus8 to rejuvenate my skin. The results have been incredible—my skin’s texture has noticeably improved, and I’ve received so many compliments from friends who say I look younger and more radiant. I rarely leave reviews. But I wanted to share my gratitude for Marco, as my intuition guided, he is a very humble being who happens to be completely authentic and honest about what you need and not. I wanted to get some procedures done but Marco filled me with much knowledge and shared why it's important I do not go ahead with the surgery at this phase of my life. In this time and age, I want you to know this is what people value Marco. Genuinity, truth, and sincerity. Beyond grateful for meeting such a soul 🙏🦋
