Taylor changed my skin ☺️ I was experiencing hormonal acne, age 39, breakouts coming out of nowhere, she performed a chemical peel and recommended clarifying products that have changed my skin completely! She also gave me advice on acne triggers. I wasn’t informed about, for example, vitamin B 12 and using age defying products, recommended on TikTok lol. Yes, I fell down the rabbit hole of taking everything good for other skin types, not accounting for my sensitive skin which can’t handle it. So, after this one visit and change in products, my skin has healed. I’m so grateful for Lux & Taylor, I will be returning for more services. Get on your customized skin game!

While dealing with cystic acne and dry skin for years and years, Taylor was able to create a unique skin care routine for me that nourished my skin and began to finally heal my skin barrier. I've tried everything out there and I can say that these products really work, I definitely recommend!! Super friendly and accommodating staff aswell!

Hello, My husband and I came for Botox, and we expected a normal follow-up visit to check the results and do any needed touch-ups. Other clinics in Vancouver always provide this for free, so I was surprised that we were not accepted for a follow-up. I wouldn’t have paid this amount if I knew there was no proper after-care. I’m not satisfied and would like this issue resolved. I would like to clarify a few points: First, I paid more than $6 per unit, not $6, so the comparison in your reply is incorrect. Second, I followed exactly what your own practitioner recommended for my needs. I did not choose a lower dose against advice I trusted the professional recommendations given to me during the consultation. It is disappointing to see my concerns dismissed this way. I shared my experience honestly, and I am sorry that it was not received constructively.

She takes the time to listen carefully to your concerns, answer your questions with care, and tailor each treatment to suit your skin’s unique needs. Her skill, knowledge, and attention to detail are evident in everything she does. Before I knew about Lux skin labs I went to another clinic that totally ruined my face, it was horrible. After my face healed back up I booked an appointment and met with Gabriela. Being that I have thin skin, naturally uneven cheeks, and I’m extremely particular, it was a tough task but she had no problem achieving the results exactly as I envisioned. If you’re as difficult as I am and looking for a top-tier injector, Gabriela is the one to see.

I’ve been going to Lux for years! I trust them with my filler, Botox, laser and skincare! Nurse Sophia does my Brazilian laser hair removal, she’s thorough and very professional! Clinic is gorgeous, spotless and the staff are all extremely welcoming.
