GoogleI had a great experience at this clinic! The staff were incredibly nice, respectful, and patient throughout my visit. Their customer service was excellent — they were very accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The clinic itself has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It was a bit cold, but they kindly offered blankets and tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can really tell they care about making the experience as pleasant as possible. I would suggest a sign on the main road to locate the clinic. I was kinda confused at first but that’s a minor issue. I would still definitely recommend this place to others.

GoogleNOT RECOMMENDED!!! So disappointing because of the staff (receptionist). She sent a cancellation but never sent a confirmation earlier at the booking when we are at the door I called her its lock already came back 7:10 to take pictures. Called her again but told us that today Thursday the location is closed & was booked for Mississauga. It was not what we booked for. We were advised to go here. We are regular clients. It’s me and my wife who go here because we like the service. But now with bad experience it feels she think were stupid drove off an hour just to get here to relax & things done but all we get was disappointment. I hope you take action on this matter. Do not give wrong information to clients as time is important. I just wasted my time for nothing.

GoogleFor several years, my family and I have enjoyed visiting to this clinic. They provide excellent services at reasonable pricing, and their employees are professional and courteous. Scarlette is excellent and will go above and beyond to make your experience wonderful, and their nurses, Yani and Chris, are very gentle with needles and always make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Tatsiana is very knowledgeable about your health needs. I definitely suggest this place, and it really helped my family and I better our health.
