Look Timeless Medical Aesthetics in Toronto

I visited Look Timeless at a point when the exhaustion of early motherhood was starting to show on my face. The nurses and staff were incredibly supportive and took the time to help me choose the treatment that was right for me. I was also struggling with eczema, and getting an appointment with a new dermatologist meant facing a six-month wait. Booking with a med spa turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Being able to bypass the long wait times in the traditional healthcare system and receive immediate, personalized care completely revived my skin.

Look Timeless? More like Look ridiculous. I’m going to let the results of my botched temple filler and Botox treatments performed by Nurse Sigrid and the mortifying feedback from the medical director speak for themselves. Full disclaimer since posting this review, I noticed nothing but praise for Sigrid and Niala have been popping up which should be a red flag and make you question the validity of these positive reviews. These people are not skilled. It’s been four months since I was treated at this clinic and I am still unable to lift my brows from botched botox and filler “Techniques” that left tennis balls sticking out of my forehead. I went to this “academy” thinking that the staff would be competent at injectables given that this is a training academy for aestheticians. I was wrong. After showing my results to the mortifying excuse of a medical director Niala and asking for either a refund or for this area to be corrected by another injector at her clinic I was met with blatant gaslighting and told that the results were "successful." Then when I told them I received multiple opinions from other injectors who admitted this work was botched, I was later told that Sigrid would need to be the one to resolve this issue even though I mentioned I was not comfortable with this. To my horror I found out that Sigrid is teaching injections! I’ve now spent hundreds of dollars getting my temples corrected.

I’ve visited Look Timeless several times and was consistently impressed with the level of care and the results. Niala and Sig are both knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to walk me through every step of the process, which I really appreciated. Their expertise in skincare was clear, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I was very happy with my experience and definitely plan to return.

I can’t say enough good things about the services I’ve been receiving at Look Timeless. The care and attention to detail during each session that, in particular, Sig and Niala provide really stand out. It’s clear they know exactly what they’re doing. “Look Timeless” is super clean and modern looking. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. I had an IPL treatment with Sigrid today. She was very gentle and didn’t hurt me at all. She also made me feel very relaxed, and confident that she knew what she was doing. I highly recommend her and this clinic.
