The clinic was clean and beautiful and Nurse Stephanie did such a great job with my Botox treatment! She was patient, gentle and reassuring. I am now 2 weeks post treatment and love my results. I can’t recommend her enough!

DO NOT BOOK HERE - what kind of clinic does not provide initial assessment with the nurse practitioner administering the treatment? This is very unethical. I asked them that I need my Botox injected by a certified RN and I was told that the RN does not do that but people that will not be injecting Botox into the face can answer questions. That is wrong and I urge people not to book appointments at such an unsafe place that takes your health very lightly. The RN who is administering the Botox needs to do a proper assessment and answer your questions before injecting anything into your system

I cannot recommend Stephanie enough for my fine line treatments! She recommended a gentle Botox approach to soften them and it was an incredible experience. I felt totally comfortable the whole time, and she explained every detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to treat any lines with Botox!

I chose this clinic based on the glowing reviews of one injector and owner, Lindsay, who clearly has a great reputation. Sadly, she wasn’t available, and I saw another injector. Unfortunately my top lip is now slightly asymmetrical (one side is higher and fuller than the other) and they didn’t have the filler I normally like to use. I reached out to the clinic multiple times but didn’t get a response because it turns out my emails ended up in their spam folder. Once Lindsay found my messages, she personally apologized for the miscommunication and offered to immediately fix the issues for free herself. Unfortunately, due to my travel schedule and the time passed, I wasn’t able to come back for corrections. I appreciate her efforts to follow up and resolve the situation and I received a refund as well because we couldn’t fix it in person anymore.

Highly recommend! Once you arrive inside, you are immediately welcomed by a calm and warm ambiance, elicited by both intentional decor and by the individual behind the front desk waiting to greet you. Every single person I have met there was kind and helpful, and in an authentic manner. You are also offered a drink and a place for your things. A consultation is a great way to introduce yourself to the clinic, its professional staff and offered treatments. I first met with Lisha, who was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She gave me the confidence to proceed and schedule an appointment. When I returned for treatment day, I met Sydney who ensured I was comfortable. When it was time to begin, I was re-acquainted with Lisha and met Lindsay, who was there for assistance. Both have great chemistry when working together and helped me through my weariness around needles. Looking back on those two hours, it was actually a lot of fun, despite moments of discomfort (which is to be expected; little pain for beauty!). I would definitely return to this team for the continuation of my self-care journey. Thank you all for making a first-timer feel comfortable!
