I’ve been going to this nail salon for about three years now, and I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. The service is truly the best I’ve experienced in the city. Every single staff member is incredibly friendly, and the environment is always welcoming and relaxing. I genuinely look forward to my monthly nail appointments and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for exceptional service!

Came here for a birthday pedicure today and had such a lovely experience! 🎉 Jennie did my gel pedicure and she was so gentle and detailed. It was only her second day there and she was already amazing. Leon did my mom’s gel pedicure and he was so patient and kind. He even let her switch colors when the first one turned out more sheer than expected. Everyone made us feel so cared for, and they even surprised me with a free lip balm for my birthday 🥹💖 The prices are super reasonable too, especially for Yorkville. Can’t wait to come back!

The staff were polite and friendly. The technician accidentally cut my finger while cleaning the cuticles, but she apologized and I accepted it, so that was fine. However, my nail polish started peeling the same evening the black part was supposed to be all silver. End of the day, we go to a nail salon for good nails, so even though their attitude was nice, I still wouldn’t recommend this place.

Such a cute nail salon that is clean and follows all the hygiene procedures! They offer a drink with your service which is a really nice touch! Tam always does such a beautiful job on my nails 😍🥰

EDIT: Google doesn't allow a second review, so I'm adding to my first one! I had another appointment here (one month after my first), and as usual, it didn't disappoint! (See photos 2 and 3 for my new nails) There was such great attention to detail, and she was so open to making changes to the design and making sure I was happy with each step. Came away super happy with the result! They're also doing a very cute holiday promo for their customers, so I recommend visiting during the season :) FIRST REVIEW: Came here to get my nails done for the first time, last minute for convocation! Hannah did such a fantastic job after looking at my Pinterest ref photo, and even stayed behind a little after closing to finish the details. It's definitely luxury pricing, but you get an amazing result! I also got a bottle of cuticle oil as a first time customer gift. Overall, a lovely experience!
