Had a glow brasion treatment for myself and my daughter and was so happy with the experience. The shop is beautifully decorated and every interaction was pleasant. The treatment itself was so relaxing, and both of us left with glowing skin. Will definitely be back.

Susan and team were so warm and personable that I almost forgot why I had gone. For a long time I had forgot to put me first, and when their promotion came across my Instagram page, it seemed like a no-brainer to treat myself. I loved every minute of my facial! In truth, I was going in more for a cleanse and relax experience, and so for my purposes the promotion was perfect. I can’t speak to more problem-focused treatments yet, but I’m booked for more comprehensive appointment next month. However, in terms of relaxation, I felt like a princess! Susan and team pulled out the facial red carpet for me and my skin looked and felt 100x better afterwards. My only pain point was that the hour flew by too quickly. I can’t wait to go back and try different treatments. I felt like my skin was as important to Susan as it is to me and I’m grateful to have been introduced to this warm and welcoming spa.

I had a facial with Susan yesterday and it was such a relaxing and amazing experience! She’s so professional, gentle, and really knows what she’s doing. My skin feels fresh, clean, and glowing! Roma did an amazing facial for me. I went in for a special “glow brasion” facial which included a number of steps : microdermabrasion, lymphatic massage, manual extraction, face arms neck massage, led light therapy, mask and ice globe massage. Complete steps in attached images. It is a neat and clean place and great decor. I got Roma as my skincare expert and she did a great job. The massages were great and my skin feels really light and wonderful after the massage. I’m giving 4 and not 5 stars because even though I had mentioned my preferences and skin type on a call before booking my appointment, right at the start of my facial I was told that this package was not really beneficial for me and that I should upgrade and do another facial…. So either their internal coordination for treatments and booking is not in sync, OR they were upselling. Because this conversation alone took away 5 minutes, after I was on the treatment bed and getting the cleansing step done… this was a little upsetting for sure, because being someone with Rosacea and super sensitive skin, I always check before booking my appointments on what is best for my skin. Roma did do a great facial for me nonetheless with my original facial type and I left feeling good. So all good in the end!
